BILLNEST · Yapay Payments Pty Ltd
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms govern your use of BILLNEST, operated by Yapay Payments Pty Ltd (we, us, our). By using BILLNEST, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business or another person, you must have authority to act for them. Contact: billbeedevelopment@gmail.com.
1. What BILLNEST does
BILLNEST helps you organise personal or business bills, invoices, receipts and statements. It supports document uploads, authorised email imports, automated extraction, review, matching and payment tracking. Some features are in testing and may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Marking an item as paid records a payment status in BILLNEST; it does not transfer money, pay a supplier or confirm settlement with a bank. BILLNEST does not provide financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
2. Your account and authorised use
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and only connect mailboxes or upload documents you are authorised to access. You are responsible for the members you permit to use your account and their authorised actions. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Do not use BILLNEST unlawfully, upload malicious content, infringe another person’s rights, attempt to access another account’s data, bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
3. Check automated results
Extraction, duplicate detection, supplier and location matching, statement links and payment-status reconciliation can contain errors or omissions. Check the original document and relevant payment records before acting. Correct errors you identify and keep independent copies needed for your business, tax or legal record-keeping. A Ready status or an ignored warning is not a guarantee that a document is accurate, genuine or paid.
4. Email connections and third-party services
Connecting Gmail gives BILLNEST the read-only access described in our Privacy Policy and Google’s consent screen. You control import preferences and can disconnect at any time. Imports depend on provider availability, permissions and supported file formats; not every email or attachment will be imported. Keep your own checks for bills that require payment. Third-party services may have separate terms.
5. Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in your content. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to deliver and protect BILLNEST, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not authorise selling your content, advertising with Google data or training general-purpose AI models on your Gmail data. BILLNEST’s software, branding and other service materials remain owned by us or our licensors.
6. Charges and service changes
Any applicable price, billing period and cancellation terms will be shown before you agree to a paid plan. These terms alone do not authorise a charge. We will give notice of material service or pricing changes and obtain agreement where required. You may stop using the service if you do not accept a proposed change.
7. Disconnecting, deleting and ending access
Disconnecting a mailbox stops future imports through that connection and retains documents already imported. The account owner can request deletion in Settings, with 30 days to recover the account before permanent cleanup begins. See the Privacy Policy for retention and backup details. Save any documents you need before deleting the account.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
8. Your rights and our responsibility
We aim to provide BILLNEST with reasonable care and skill. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free automated results. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Your entitlement to a remedy and each party’s responsibility for loss are determined by applicable law.
9. Questions, disputes and updates
Email billbeedevelopment@gmail.com with questions or complaints so we can try to resolve them. These terms operate subject to applicable Australian law and any mandatory protections that apply to you. They do not require you to give up access to a regulator or court. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email; updated terms will be published here with a revised date and any required consent will be requested.
